there was some guy on 2+2 who play $200NL, posted his stats, and he was something like 7PTBB/100 over 50,000 hands playing 60/20. don't remember who though.

I'm not worried at all, I have him on my buddy list and always try to play at his table bc he creates action. Can you answer my question: DO you believe anyone can have a VPIP of 65% and be a long term winner?

i'd be shocked if u could even find a 30K sample where this guy comes out in the black.

edit: but all that would do is shock me; as poster above pointed out, the # of hands you'd need for conclusive evidence of long-term winning is in the hundreds of thousands if not millions.

although theoretically this may be true, realistically, I think it would take much much less hands to convince me. I play with this guy almost everynite and its not like he had one or 2 huge nights and is losing otherwise. He consistently wins and by his post flop play, I think he is at the very least, a break even player.
