On a serious note (hopefully first and last time I have to do this in bbv):

The only way to handle your situation is to pick 1-2 things and attack them head on. And be sure you're attacking things you can control. So in your list:

"a) busto (as of an hour ago)
b) lost my internship for the summer (today)
c) school is not going well
d) stuff with girls not going well
e) lonely/depressed
"

Toss the girls out right now. If you had girls before, you'll have them again. Focus on school, and not being busto. If that means study hard and work hard, then do that. You'll find that once you've gotten that back under control, you'll be in good spirits, and you can go after girls. Hopefully you have at least 1 good friend around for the loneliness thing.
