Your brother is correct, however won't be prosecuted if degen is in thailand (not going to extradite for something like this).

All,

If I were 2+2 I'd be thinking seriously about what sort of stuff is allowed on this forum. Seems like one of these conflicts stemming from here is likely to spill over into real life sooner or later, and at that point jasont lawsuit threats are going to seem like a pleasant memory.
