Due to lack of sites for US players to play at. They figure most will play there anyway even without rakeback. When they wouldn't switch mine, I just canceled/suspended the account.

Will consider reopening if they ever offer some sort of method to get it. For now, play at nothing but Stars.

that's where you are wrong. those that know about RB are going to see that stars is there best site if they can't get it from others.
