20 Minutes on the eliptical, 10 on the bike.

Then lifting: legs, back, and arms and chest on rotation. There will be a full post on this whenver The Gym exists.

This is aweful. Do some research before you waste so much time and effort.

To be clear.

Legs one day, back next, then chest and arms. Not all on same day gosh.

I realize this may not be totally optimal, which is why I wanna post once they give kyle the damn gym.

Maybe you were joking but for starters, lol @ doing cardio before lifting. Also, if you're in a calorie deficit like I assume, you shouldn't be lifting for hypertrophy, but for strength with short rest periods, preferably full-body workouts. You could cut out 100 calories per meal (assuming 6 small meals a day) and not have to do that cardio anyway. There's a lot of good info in the articles at t-nation.com if you're serious about getting in shape.

Re: I FEEL GOOD BBV, WHY DO YOU FEEL GOOD?

WTF is a core day.

All I know is that I go to the gym and run in place and then lift stuff up and set it back down and I get less fat.
