We are overlooking the most important issue: what is with these thin-wristed guys buying a man's watch? Instead of having links removed, start working out until you need to get links ADDED.

Otherwise, get a woman's watch.

Do people go to this store often? like when you are there are other customers there because I'm "that guy" that will make a scene often and talk a lot louder than would be necessary so everyone can hear what a piece of [censored] this guy is. It can get awkward for him very fast.

I did this when I was 19 to a car dealership that tried to swindle me (surprise surprise) I wanted my $500 deposit back and they 'couldnt find the guy who wrote the checks' until I sat in their lobby and shouted to each and every person who walked through the door that they would be screwed over royally. I had a $500 check in my hand w/in 10 min. after that.

this is pretty awesome

So if this goes to court should I hire an attorney, especially if the guy I'm suing have one?

Depends what kind of case you file.
You need to file a small claims case. This pretty much nullifies whether or not the other guy has an attourney.

Prepare, have receipts, write down all the dates and who talked to. Watch Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown, and Judge Mathis to understand the flow of a small claims case....

Ya, if you arent doing criminal charges (I dont know if you could??), you dont need an attorney, just look at the website of your local circuit court, call the small claims office and they can help you through it, usually tehy will have a little pamphlet/print up with the step by step process for you, so no need for a lawyer.
