Maybe the 5/10 BM games you play are alot different from the ones I play but people just don't play this way. They underbet everything. To me, his bet just screams, wow I just hit my hand, better try getting alot of money out of him.

If this guy has been making moves in this sort of spot, you would probably have noticed by now. 2 pair / set is going to valuebet not make a huge overbet that will usually get folded to.
