2/4 NL 6-max: .622 vpp/hand (48k hands)
3/6 NL 6-max: .784 vpp/hand (34k hands)
5/10 NL 6-max: .840 vpp/hand (25k hands)

Couldn't someone with a large observed database form a query to do this quickly and more accurately for all levels?

In my db the rake has never been more than 3$ playing 100$ NL FR and 200$ NL FR.
