Don't listen to amplify---if you don't consume fluids, your blood pressure will rize because there will be less blood fluids and more other stuff and soon you will die. Make sure to drink fluids, it is very important/

I'm pretty sure amplify meant alcohol. And he'd be right, too much alcohol isn't good for blood pressure. A glass of wine in the evenings or otherwise light consumption however can be a good thing.
