I have definately not been extracting the most value from my opponents when I have strong hands (2 pr, sets). I need to focus on this.

question though-- you say "open shoving is worse then betting 300 b.c. more worse hands will fold out"

Is there any positive knowing this just to take the pot down w/o a showdown b.c. there are enough chips in the pot?
