Can't remember who we played, but the deciding game during regular season that clinched the Rose Bowl invite for ASU in 1997. (Happy Tears) Age: 23

1 month later: 1997 Rose Bowl "The 1997 Rose Bowl between Ohio State and Arizona State featured one of the most dramatic endings in Rose Bowl history." "OSU David Boston from five yards out with 20 seconds left with the game winner." Tears of sorrow.

This is the game that taught me the golden rule of sports betting.....There is no such thing as a sure thing.......

December 2, 1985

Chicago Bears were 12-0 and had a dominating, crushing defense and an offense that could score a lot of points.
Their previous 3 games were:

Chicago 36 Atlanta 0
Chicago 44 Dallas 0
Chicago 24 Detroit 3

The game was Chicago at Miami on Monday Night Football, and Chicago was only a 3 1/2 point favorite.

Everyone was on Chicago, It was the Lock of the Year, I did not see any way or any how that Chicago would'nt just destroy Miami like they had done to everyone else.

I bet my Entire Bankroll plus whatever I could beg, borrow, or steal on Chicago -3.5 Final Score...Miami 38 Chicago 24

It was the only game they lost all year, and went thru the playoffs with wins against NYG 0 CHI 21, RAMS 0 CHI 24, and the Superbowl Chicago 46 New England 10.

Only game I ever cried at was 1987 NCAA finals, 'Cuse vs Indiana. It was the first year I really and truly followed SU as a fan, watching every single one of their games, or if it wasn't on TV I would find it on the radio and listen there. I was devastated not so much that they lost but at the sadness on the players faces after the game. I will never forgive you Keith Smart.

Not "crying" per se, but major tearing up.

Piazza HR game, first game back post-9/11.

Not a game, but this years nba draft lottery was pretty soul-crushing for celts fans.

I used to be a Michigan State fan before I came to UM.

For some reason Mateen Cleaves' ear to ear grin after they won the NCAA Tourney makes me tear up everytime I see it.

Close 2nd to the Charles Smith game.

Also, the SF/NYG playoff game that ended with the FG botched by both players and officials.

Game 1 2000 WS.

Game 5 '84 NYR/NYI.

49ers lose the NFC Championship to the Cowboys 30-20. It was around the time I really started to like watching sports. I balled my eyes out.

I cried like crazy when the Cougs made the Rose Bowl in 1997.

I was numb beyond the point of crying or feeling emotion when we lost the Apple Cup in OT in 2001 (or whenever it was).
