- Rahme tried SO many times to bust out of this. He spent most of the final table trying to bust out and go home and sleep. It's funny to see him do that more. [/ QUOTE ] For some reason I dig Rahme's constant look of bored exhaustion. In the final table PPV, his demeanor was hilarious-- it appeared to be the last place on Earth he wanted to be. It was kind of fascinating, and it actually made me root for him. He's grumpy as hell. I can't remember the context, but someone at the table said something totally reasonable to him and he looked like he wanted to smack the guy across the face. Miserableness isn't usually appealing to me, but for some reason I'm the President of the Raymond Rahme fan club. He ponders an all-in call like his plane is stuck on the tarmac. |
Re: WSOP on ESPN thread (9/25 - Day 5)
Did Kenny Tran actually break out the "i'm a 2-1 favourite because i have 2 flush draws!" line when his AKo was up against AKs??? So awesome!

I actually would like to play against Hilm someday so I could stare right back, making funny faces.

Re: WSOP on ESPN thread (9/25 - Day 5)
That 77 hand vs Tran was disgusting, if he wins that he would have over 6 mil and have a way better shot at the FT.

[/ QUOTE ] Yeah, it was great, but not so funny after two spades came on the flop. Even though a lot of people in this thread didn't like his behavior after that big call on a 4-flush board, Kenny is still the man. More Kenny, less Kahn or Humberto please. |
