I also wouldn't open raise a weak hand as a shortstack with Yang on my immediate left.

I can't understand him doing this without willing to put it all-in. bah. he should see flops against this guy.

Im sorry no AK didnt need to shove there given the table action and given the original raisers image....

Im not one of those that is always on a suicide mission with AKo...now if a lose agressive guy calls a squeeze miught be worth it...but still I dont like the push...I actually prefer a call to a push there.

[/ QUOTE ]

I guess you prefer losing money to winning it as well

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah bc when a tight player raises in relatively poor position....YOU MUST PUSH with AK all the time if not feeling blind pressure yet.

I dunno...it isnt horrible...but it isnt an insta raise either.

Ill admit I dont play tournaments very often mostly cash games....but I understand the strategic implications of the differences....

Bottom line not pushing there isnt a "losing" propostion.

The AK vs. JJ is incredibly standard even if the two players involved were somewhat deep (15-20 M)

This is basically like watching the WPT with Phil Gordon and his minion replacing Mike Sexton and VVP. No post-flop play.

Bloody hell. It's a slight improvement, but not $20-worth.

[/ QUOTE ]
Agreed. Glad I didnt end up ordering it. Guess Ill just have to wait until it airs...........

[/ QUOTE ]

naw, the first two hours were worth at least $20.

[/ QUOTE ]

Seriously? I started watching exactly two hours in... It has sucked.

Yang has tightened up and it was the old guys BB, the old guy is playing vvvvery tight. I think it was a good raise.
