I should probably post in here,

I am indeed the escrow for this bet. If anyone wants action, the money needs to be first confirmed with runhot, and then transferred to "Hypotron" (College Park) on stars, or exit_route on full tilt . The bet will not start until all transfers have been confirmed on friday.

If you have an issue with me as the escrow, its probably too bad for you because no one else does, but you can PM me directly if you need a reference for credibility or something.

i've been 9-tabling the 27s for a little over a month now and have run at 11% over around 1500 games so this challenge is definitely within your capabilties.

just looking at ss we have a combined roi of 46% in games we play together so maybe you should pay me to sit at your tables :-)

i apologize, i made an error in counting days. i said 31 days starting on fri nov 23.

i somehow thought that would bring us to saturday dec23. when in fact, the 23 isnt sat, and thats only 29 days.

31 days bring us to monday the 24th of december.

i will not be accepting transfers that have not been confirmed with runhot, so do not send me any unless you've been in touch with him.

i will be waiting on final confirmation of both runhot's money and everyone else's money from stars throughout today. i will give runhot the green light to begin the bet after we have spoken, and i will post that precise time as it comes.

I'll post what I did in the other thread:

OK, now that the challenge is started, I'll go ahead and say it. Am I missing something here? Mkgringo hasn't even made $10k in 5700 lifetime SNGs (ave. stake $23) and it looks like he's been pretty much breakeven over his last 1500 SNGs (probably when the effects of UIGEA wrecked the games). Even if he somehow hits 5% ROI he'd still have to play 7400 games.

I just don't see how he has any chance in this challenge unless he's been honing his game on another site and has been receiving a ton of teaching.

Everything on his Sharkscope is post UIGEA. I don't know how much he played pre-UIGEA or on other sites(I only chekced stars) but I think fatigue will play a lot bigger role in this challenge than SG's

Edit: Since I haven't said anything in this thread until now, I want to make it clear I'm not hating or anything against runhot. I wish him nothing but the best for the challenge.

check spacegravys stats before he started the 25K challenge.

my guess is runhot has been playing better lately or has a pretty good reason to think he can be somewhere around an 8%+ roi or so.

with all the action he took i would be very surprised if he did not make the bet.
