This feeling happens to me a ton with bite-sized candy. For example, M&Ms and Skittles. The first few taste great, but for some reason, I can only make it through about 1/2 to 2/3 of the bag before I start really getting sick of them.

I know tons of people who could pound like 5-6 bags of each though, so I have no idea wtf is wrong with me.

I've never had a pork rind in my life. Not due to actively ignoring them, but because I have never actually seen one in front of me that wasn't on the shelf of a grocery store. Do people actually buy these? Maybe this needs to be in that other thread.

Especially if it is raw / unseared. Usually the portion sizes are just right when I order it, but I once got a huge, raw, slab of foie gras at Montrachet in Tribeca (sadly, now closed), and it was an adventure finishing it all. Just too damn rich.

Fish and Chips is the classic - tastes so good, then the fried stuff/tartar/malt-vinegar really starts to react badly.

Big supremo-type nachos - so good at first. But by the end you're gnawing on big room-temperature congealed hunks of cheese. Ugh.

Fancy restaurant medium-rare hamburgers - so rich and greasy. Really nasty by the end.

I add like 2 tbsps of peanut butter to my oatmeal (for extra calories) and want to die after a couple of spoonfuls in the morning.

Whoever said sunchips and popcorn are both so so wrong. They're both on my list of foods that you finish the large bag/tub and still desire more.

Cheesecake is a really good answer, I love the first bite, and do actually enjoy the rest of the slice, but always feel sick 15 min later.

I did the same once for the same reason. It gave it a very slight flavor and wetness to the dry, paste-like texture. Or maybe it was my imagination since I only put 2 tablespoons into 2 cups of the [censored]. I should try it again next time. I've also thought about pouring a glass of water into the bowl as a sort of disgusting cereal, but haven't bothered to actually do it.
