Re: CHI/ARZ Thread

Either Grossman isn't on or Arizona's pass d is doing something weird.

Cards are getting ridiculous YAC, and Bears D-Line isn't pwning.

Weird.

Re: CHI/ARZ Thread

Chicago D-Line is doing fine. Arizona is countering their pass rush with short passes. Their longest pass traveled eleven yards.

Re: CHI/ARZ Thread

Arizona obviously watched some film and realized that "ZOMG the Bears like to throw the ball down the field!"

WTF was Grossman looking at on that 2nd pick? He threw that into triple coverage.

They made one first down and it was a pretty good throw.

If you didn't know any better, you would think those 5-0 Arizona Cardinals are a really, really good football team.

Jesus [censored] christ, jay-z video at halftime. And Barkley in the booth, hahaha. What happened to talking about football at halftime? Like, you know, yesterday's games? Or even this one? This is a new low.

Barkley is correct. Stop running. Get the ball to WR's in the flat and let them get YACcage.

Re: CHI/ARZ Thread

Huh I guess running up the score against the Bills isn't the greatest way to judge a team. It's very true that any team can beat any other on any given Sunday, and it's true that parity is more previlent in the NFL then any other pro sports league. That said, so far...wow, just wow.

Re: CHI/ARZ Thread

The problem is, it is a great way to judge a team. Chicago had 4 blowouts in 5 games. That's ridiculous for a NFL team.

And I have to agree. The Cards were dominating this half. I don't think the Bears will turn the ball over 4 times in the second half though. (wow at above).

Yep. AZ has no running game. But it takes 4 people to tackle Boldin. Throw it to him.

Re: CHI/ARZ Thread

It's tough to beat a team when they start their possession inside the 35 yardline, 4 [censored] times in the first half. Chicago is lucky to only be down 20.

Re: CHI/ARZ Thread

Yeah, the Bears D is really, really good.

And I was wrong, after a while, you definitely see the Bear D-Line getting penetration. Nothing really wrong there.
