Incidentally, when I was searching for a Logic textbook on Amazon.ca (along with Jap Scat for Dummies) I was surprised to see Ed Miller's "Getting Started in Holdem" appear as book #22. That is rather flattering I think.

FWIW - It's not banned at the couple of coffee-shops I frequent. Although it doesn't matter much to me because I have a Verizon-Wireless card I can use instead.
