lobby filter plus auto rebuy would be nice but the whole not flipping the cards over when all-in was a deal breaker a year ago when I was deciding between stars and ft. It makes the game about 10 times more fun and 5 times less stressful to see the cards immediately. It's not like you don't get to see them when the hand is done anyhow...no reason to frustrate people

Deep 6max seems to be the best idea here. I would love to see an auto reload to 100bb

In order...

1) deep 6max tables, 50-200bb BI's
2) HA tables
3) Colored tabs to categorize players like on FTP
4) Tool tip for notes so they pop up when you mouse over the players name
5) The ability to view stacks and bets in terms of BB's rather then monetary values

one click waitlists would be nice. So damn annoying. Bet pot button would be sweet too and no it doesn't make people better. It actually tilts people.

oh i forgot, would be nice if i can get on the waitlist for say all 6 max tables of a limit.

maybe make all waitlists one click, but if you right click the waitlist button a window pops up and asks if you want to join all tables of kind x (where a kind of table would be a table of one limit with a select number of seating options that you clicked the waitlist button for) with minimum x number of people.

I have not been in contact with Daniel Negreanu since Niagara, where he still seemed open to getting things done for the site immediately if he felt it was right and got the go ahead.

I still feel like there a few things to add to the site in regards to MSNL and HSNL cash game play that would be beneficial, and I would like to hear your suggestions in the hopes that this thread gets forwarded to Negreanu. He hasn't been playing 100/200 NL on Stars lately, so this seems to be the only way.

So, here is what I feel is a necessity:

- HU cashgames for 25/50 and 10/20 NLHE and PLO

Here are random things I thought of that are not a necessity, but deserve to be looked into:

- spreading cashgames SSNL through HSNL which involve an ante
- getting 6max "deep" tables spread at lower stakes than 25/50
- forcing a player to have the minimum buyin for a game to select the "open seat" option

and here are things that are totally random:

- an advanced software option that would allow a player to top off their stack whenever it dipped below 100bb
- mississippi straddles
- half PLH, half PLO games

Please add more suggestions (providing they are good) or voice support for something you see and approve of.

If this thread gets enough traffic we can shoot it over to Daniel and have him look it over and test some stuff out, now that the 25/50 deep 6max games have been running for a while and seem to get good traffic.

ANTE GAMES

I would also like Half PLO/half NLHE games; but I'm just about the only person who plays them regularly on FTP...

So the way I'm seeing it, we should talk to Daniel about 10/20 and 25/50 heads up first, ante games second, and deeper tables at lower stakes than 25/50 third.

That seem good?

Clayton, I think you should take the most useful thing for a lot of people and talk to DN about it. As I see it, most useful stuff is

1. Increase the min-buyin to at least 40BB
2. Not allow rat holers to come back to the table with smaller stack with in 6 hours.

The high stakes HU tables will benefit very small portion of the crowd here, but almost every one here would agree that above two are very useful.

Re: Thread for suggestions on new things to add to PokerStars thru DN

i think we should first push to increase the time limit between coming back with less. i mean, they have the rule that you can't come back with less, so they want to enforce it, so why have it be such a short time that it's meaningless? make it 12 hours.

this seems a lot more likely (though i guess less of a help) than making the minimum 40bb since it just enforces a rule they already have.

it makes people play better, generally. this was certainly true on UB back in the day.

I think Bodog has a nice compromise on that. There's a bet pot button; it just doesn't work right.

Hi Clayton,

Please do not waste this valuable oppurtunity persuading Stars to implement that which is already available via scripts.. which is a surprisingly large number of the suggestions here

If need be I'll quote feature requests / link to scripts that do them - but I don't have time right now.

Please focus on things we can't do for ourselves already - #1 vote for me is an ability to filter stakes in the lobby, but deep tables all the way down to uNL would be great too. EDIT: increase on ratholer-timeout (e.g. 6 hours) would be fantastic!

Many thanks,

dave.

Re: Thread for suggestions on new things to add to PokerStars thru DN

Ok, for the lazy bums, here are the links to the scripts that do pretty much every thing people wanted.

Pokerpad - You can do every thing that you do with mouse using keyboard by running this script. It's invaluable for the heavy multi-tablers. Bet pot, 1/2 pot, 1/3 pot whatever you want is there. Another cool feature is, sit out on all tables with a single key board strike.

Stars auto-loader, automatic topping off to 100bbs or whatever you want.

Asking Stars to implement these is just not necessary. Please focus on the other issues.
