You will extract value from worse hands way more often with a more standard bet than if you shove. Your objective here isn't to get worse hands to fold and better ones to call, shoving the flop helps to push out some of the people that may have called otherwise.

I just wanted to say that this is a key concept in poker.

When you look at hands posted here, and give advice, you need to stop and think, what exactly am I trying to achieve with the advice I'm giving? Here, what you are likely to achieve, as Kevin points out, is to get worse hands (who would pay you valuable chips) to fold, and better hands (who you will now lose your whole stack to) to call. There's something to be said for winning the hand right away in some circumstances, but on this flop, so many of your calls are coming from bad hands that you don't want to do that.
