Re: NL 10 - Top two BvB Tricky situation??
[ QUOTE ]
Why are you raising K8 in the SB when there's a loose player behind you? I'm playing 10NL aswell and have found myself in many annoying situations as this one. You raise a mediocre hand from the SB to steal the BB, but since he's a loose player he calls. Now you have to play this hand out of position against a villain that could have any two. With this villain I'd say: fold preflop. [/ QUOTE ] very much agree with this, definite fold preflop imo. |

Whats his AF? Sucks to dump 2 pair HU, especially vs an obvious drooler but this looks like a set unless he's particularly spewy post flop. Are suits relevant? [/ QUOTE ] I think his AF was around 0.5. The reason why i check raised the turn was because i knew he would bet as he had been floating me a lot IP throught the game. I did end up shoving in the end, because i thought he either had a flopped two pair or some other random holding. I thought a set was likely too, but the guy had been playing so donkish like over the time i had been with him. Would u say my line is + EV??? |
