Charging more juice to pay dealers more is a really bad way to do it. That juice is casino revenue that has to be taxed before any could be passed onto the dealers.

I think you mean $2 goes top staff. It is very likely that someone other than dealers is getting a piece of that.

I've been told by two different floor people that they do not get any of it (I asked, they didn't volunteer it). Floor gets none of it. So I tend to try to leave $10 or $20 with the floor if I get 3rd place money.

I know, but with the Commission regs here I don't think we have the option in AC to do the dealer add-on

It was my understanding that there have been recent changes in the law which now allow tipping. Perhaps it hasn't gone into effect yet, but I recall seeing discussion of it on a dealers website.
