because of Villains stats and his position i'm going to give a little credit.

that's why i call his cbet all day long
OP said he's cbetting a lot

villain could easily be some random 2+2 guy, which he is mostlikely, therefore i dont give him credit for any flop bet on that ragged board

Exactly what I was thinking... he seemed like a *pretty solid player. That is, until I pushed back at him and he called with: J/10 :|

I know I asked this question expecting people to tell me to fold, because at 10NL, no one bluffs. But his line REALLY did not make sense to me. There's no way in hell I will do this 95% of the time, but I had a feeling that villain was just trying to push me around.

Why he called baffled the [censored] out of me considering he had nothing. River was a blank and I took the pot down...

I was very proud of my play that I put villain on air, and I was completely right. Again, 95% of the time I don't think villain is bluffing at these levels, this was 100% villain dependent.

If we are ahead with our 44 he probobly has alot of outs against us, if we are behind we have few outs. alot of the time we get into a difficoult spot by calling the flop bet. what turn/river cards do we like?
the turn raise is a bluff close to never imo.
