I don't think it's true at all. Passive players, who there are more of in full ring by its nature, rely more on shown down pots. But, there are plenty of attacking full ring players with their green line above their blue. For example:

I'm not clear that the equity adjusted number is all that meaningful beyond all in before the river. You can have all sorts of equity in the hand at some point and still call bad. I don't know. I do think that all-in before the river will tell you if you're getting you're money in good in big pots:

In this case yes. If the red line was above the blue line ot would be a little bit different of a story. Basically what this graph is saying is that you are break even or maybe a losing player but you ran a little hot.
