Again, I just want the money left in the account. That is the dispute not what I lost. To me the online site seems dishonest take my money but not giving it back unless I basically give them my identity.. Am I the first person to feel this way?

This may seem unreasonable/suck, but thats pretty much standard.
Also they would be stupid to give you your money back soon after you deposited in case you try to reverse the charges - they are not in the business of losing money.

It has been about 2 months since I made the deposit I have alreay been making payment to my card. It took them 3 weeks to reply by email I needed to jump through there hoops to get my money. I didnt loose the money in one sitting they let me win for a bit then I started loosing more and started betting more. They are going to make pleny of money off me I just wanted what was left.

I guess I came on here hoping several would tell me how aweful the online gambing sites are and they are so in the wrong and I am in the right so I could tell my husband that people agreed with me. I guess I give them all of my personal info pay them and move on. Just doesnt feel right.

So you basically just came here for approval to rip them off? Listen to your husband and don't charge back money on his account, I feel bad enough for the guy already. I wouldn't expect losing 3k to "feel right", but stop trying to justify if because it was an online casino. You can't play the moral card AFTER you lost.

Correct I came here for aproval. I am not playing a moral card. They are playing a moral card. They took my money from MY CREDIT card SEVERAL times.. no problem. Then they wont give it back without giving them copies of everyting including bank statatmens, drivers licence, and pictures of my cards. I will pay what I lost I just wanted what was mine.

What casino would have the nerve to identify its customers.

They when they figured out it was not his card why not stop me then??? I had zero knowledge it was a problem until I went to withdraw. Ok I am done here. Identify me ok! I can live with that but what they are asking for really concerned me. That is why I came here.. For peole to say no biggie send them all of your info its safe we all do it.. No big deal or for people to say screw them they are being unreasonable. You are all so concerned about the casino and they get their money. I have never not paid for somthing I purchased this seemed shady to me.

Re: Have not made a decision looking for advice

You did come for approval to rip them off, which is what caused the negative replys. This is completely standard for them to request this info after your first cashout (win or lose). They have to do stuff like this for certain reasons. One might be so people don't scam/chargeback on them. If everyone was honest then people like us wouldn't have to go through with this either. Can you understand now where all the hostility came from?
