Pure math at this point. I think your Ace outs are good, so you have 3 there. You also have the nine club outs. So, you have 12 outs in total. You need to be getting about 4:1. Pot is $7.25, and its $2.85 to you. You're getting about 2.5:1 on your money. Fold.

Why don't I push the flop? I'm most likely a flip against BB, and if UTG+1 comes along for a ride, I get some good overlay to draw.

The J seems to be an out too now (straight) so you have between 12 and 15 outs. By the way, 12 outs on one card is to 3:1 (52-6-12=34 so you have 34:12 = 3:1).
