I'm not sure what a heat-bag is but yeah, pretty much.

I cut a deal with one of my other roommates that I would pay it assuming he takes up the degen roommate's debt.

pay the bill so you dont lose electricity (and therefore cant play poker)... then give him 2 weeks to pay what he now owes you, or throw him out. if he was a good friend before this, this could be a very difficult decision, if not its quite simple
