I'd just fold because with your PSB call on turn he should know that Ace helped you, and still pushed river. I can understand arguments for a call though, I think it's pretty close.

I think he has you crushed, and is not trying bluff at a missed flush draw. I always get suspicious of players betting into a card that looks to improve my hand. I think he flips a 10-9 or even could have A-5. I like the reasoning that if he had a 9 he'd let you bet at the ace, but some of these players aren't thinking like that. They just hit the pot button and are not even thinking about betting amts.

Flop bet should be OK if you also do it with overpairs.

I agree, not a great spot but lots of ppl float a-high on this board and he could be going nuts with it and i dont think hed slowplay a nine on the flop just to pot turn and shove river for big bets.

edit: just noticed u said he limps twice - i def think an ace is in his range which makes it more of a call, still not a great spot but i think calling is right.
