I like the whole hand, and I definitely bet the river for value.

Getting checkraised on the river would be really awkward and I'm not sure how I would react to it, but I don't think he'll be checkraising very often. Q6, Q7, Q8 are probably the only things he can CR, unless he wants to try to push you off a missed straight draw. I think its a pretty safe bet/fold, unless he crazy.

On the other hand, I can see him paying off with any flopped pair, hoping you are on a busted straight draw.

So bet/fold for me, though I'm not 100% about the fold part.
