Too many comments like this now. I think I will cash out continuously when winning, keeping the roll small there. And if they won't fix their financial stability, they lose a high volume customer.

Thats my plan too, unfortunately they currently have 80% of my bankroll either on the site or stuck in cashouts.

Bonus used to be credited instantly and it took now less then 12 hours to be credited.
The cashout that should have arrived on the 8th only arrived today.

I don´t think that it´s bad and need to panic. Just that it was better.

I got my bonus instantly today. I see no problems with the bonus. Haven't done any cashouts.

Could have been a brief and temporary problem as it looks now.

Let´s all remember that towergaming is on the ongame network and that ongame belongs to bwin.

My cashout finally arrived - things seem to be going very very slow at Ongame right now.

I've done tons of cashouts from Tower, all with no problems. Admittedly, none in the last month or so. Also, the customer support is better than any site besides Stars that I've played at. If they're having problems, I would venture it's Ongame-related and not Tower.

in fact, another withdrawal just arrive, it took less then 30 hours.
I had some kind of feeling, too, mainly because I was fkd up by primepoker, fearing that tower would do the same..
but they are def. not.

Re: Who processes the Ongame cashouts? (Tower problems)

Hi everyone, my name is Elizabeth and I am the Customer Support Supervisor at Tower Gaming. I hope to clear the air on the cashout problems that have been mentioned here. We did experience an unusual delay with transactions that were requested on Oct 30th and 31st that have all been rectified at this time. We were informed by our Accounting Team that this was caused by a ‘rare’ communication problem between our Network and our payment processors.
Another thing we have noticed is a ‘longer than usual / but still within the timeframe’ cashouts from Neteller. Keep in mind that the turnaround time for a Neteller cashout is 1-3 ‘business’ days. Once the full 3 business days have passed, we are then able to request an escalation of the cashout to be looked into further. The cashout could simply have been redirected to one of your previous payment methods due to the ‘equal in/equal out’ policy our Network has, so you may want to check any other accounts that you have deposited with, such as MoneyBookers.
If you have any questions, our Support Team is always willing to assist; you can direct all questions to our team at support@towergaming.com.
Regards,
Elizabeth, Supervisor
Tower Gaming
