The coolest thing about the Wii is the revolutionary controls. The graphics are on par with the last generation. The other cool thing is it's made by Nintendo and has "fun type" games as you would call them that garner more towards kids and women.

The thing is you said you prefer Mario Kart type games, so your of course going to prefer the Wii which is focused on those games. Honestly, how old are you recallme? They say you play good poker, but your questions and responses are from that is either not fluently English or someone that is leveling constantly.

the graphics capabilities are MUCH greater than last gen...look at Mario Galaxy for instance...but in its first year, they aren't consistently any better looking than gamecube games

I doubt they are that much better than the regular xbox. Wasn't comparing them to just the GC.

currently they aren't consistently better (only mario galaxy type games are) but the capabilities are much better than xbox and so future games (like mario galaxy) will be much improved graphically over xbox

they'll never be on 360/ps3 level since they don't have the hd resolution, though
