Also his response is on Bluff magazine site, bringing them more traffic and they want an owner (Nat) of bluff site to come down and clear them. Am I wrong here? I'm not insinuating Nat would be impartial, just seems like a conflict of interest or something.

One last thing, my hand histories from the Feb 16, 2006 session. I have been told that it is likely that Absolute Poker does have those hand histories along with all other real money hands ever played on the site. They apparently are on tape and will be retrievable. I hope this is true. I really really hope so. I think the person who told me they don’t have them may have been mistaken. I really don’t know at this point. I’m just telling you what I have been told by two different sources, obviously in direct conflict with one another.

It surprised me that the support guy wasn't shown to be wrong earlier.

One more thing. If Seif is in fact a higher-up at AP (and it seems clear that he is) and some sort of backup of these HHs does exist, how ridiculously easy would it be to get some tech peon to find the fking backup tape in question and get the data he wants off it?

This reeks something fierce imo.

Now I understand why he plays poker and doens't practice law much. This man should not be representing himself or anyone else in any serious matter.

Unless everything is tied down by the audit.

How can anyone trust their third party audit? Especially after this guy who has a history of deception is endorsing them. Also Mason offered to send a party of legitimate auditors at his expense and they rejected I believe.

[/ QUOTE ]

Ummm.... no. Mason wouldn't pay for Absolute's audit.

[/ QUOTE ]

Thank you for clearing this up. Mason did offer to send an auditor though and was rejected correct?

That's a long text without saying anything new.

Mark's original statement: The world is flat so I'm innocent
Todd's answer: The world is round, people have researched that.
Mark's response: yeah but the world is flat, cuz it's flat and all. Since it's flat, it's flat. So.. it's flat.
