ok it depends a lot on his call preflop raise stats, the higher it is the more likely he can have a seven.In my experience though people tend to make moves more on paired boards like hero in this hand and I would be more afraid of a raise on a 2,5,7 type board where there are more set combos

UTG+1 vs UTG, his range should be pretty narrow.

Flop is meh, check the turn and bluff a diamond river.
