this might be a dumb question, but can someone explain to a guitar newb why when he does that sweet pause at 4:10 you can still hear music. lol, I know that sounds dumb, and I assume he's playing over a track or something but I don't get it.

Keyser, he's playing over the background track which is an old classic composed by Johann Pachelbel.

This rock version of guitar was written for this song by another Asian virtuoso named Jerry C. Jerry C also plays this really really well, but I think Funtwo is cleaner. I believe Funtwo added the outro solo at the very very end, because I don't remember Jerry C playing that part.

Just youtube "Jerry C" and "Funtwo" to compare them. THe song is called Canon Rock.
