you don't really have fold equity, but you are going to put the 10 in if you brick on the turn anyways, so putting it in on th flop is fine. standard for sure

Raise preflop. At the flop you have position why not using this and why you want to get it heads up?

Sometimes I take a long time to act if I am multitabling and have two tough decisions at once.
