I agree...This is the one thing thats throwing me off, but I've never played in these games so I don't know what the norm is for these guys. It really wouldn't suprise me to see a .5/1 donk go for the river c/r in this spot w/ a big [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Most people at 0.5/1 peel the flop with anything they raised pre-flop. Maybe this is a value check at higher limits or if I had a read that he was reasonable. They will also check raise flush draws here on occasion, but I think I should have bet the river (he showed AQo with no spade.)

I think preflop is fine. I like the turn bet. And the river is a super easy value bet imo.

In my games I always call check raises vs an unknown here. I dunoo if thats bad, but my reasoning is they should donk a good spade on the river. So, a check/raise should be BS enough to show a profit when you call.
