bet more on the turn, shove the river.

I think his range is large enough that pushing in this spot would be best. If you check he's going to have a good chance to play perfectly, checking when he's beat and betting when you're beat.

Shove. c/c is terrible.

Why?

Thanks.

This makes me ask how we go about analyzing whether to bet for value or check to induce a bluff here. Is the following the right question to ask in order to determine whether to bet or c/c: Will he call with more worse hands if we bet, or bluff with more worse hands if we check?

If so, perhaps there's enough Qx and Tx hands he'll call with that we beat.

How can villain bluff the river, his range is Qx or a draw that has hit, no missed draws. And even he's missed a draw, he's passive, so probably won't bluff missed draws.

C/C is bad, because he'll only bet hands that beat hero's hand besides QT.

either shove or c/f

passive villains like these dont bluff the river.

Thanks everyone. Some good discussion here.

I did end up checking with the intention of calling a resonable size bet.

He checked behind with AQ.
