In europe the obvious choice would either be London or Monte Carlo.

monte carlo, london both sound good but i heard they are both RIDICULOUSLY expensive. Now, i do pretty well for myself, but i don't really wanna play somewhere that is insanely expensive to live. Montle Carlo sounds close to perfect if it was reasonably expensive as opposed to ridiculously expensive. Perth sounds great too. Great people, good weather, great country, but one casino just won't cut it. I don't need a huge game selection, but only enough demand for 1 casino in a town shows that there aren't many gamblers around. I'd like a town with at least 3 GOOD casinos.

Panama good beachs/waves, they have decent B&M poker, cheap, not too far from home...search in the B&M Forum and/or cross-post to Travel Forum.
