Scenario 5 - I limp with 78s, BB checks with J7. Flop comes
J 7 8, BB checks...

Suited conns work best either in a multi-way limped pot with position because of the implied odds in this situation, or raisig as a preflop semi-bluff hand in position vs fewer opponents.

Opening for a limp in CO with 78s is a waste of its potential. Raise it if the blinds are bluffable, fold if they're not.
