I'm an FPP just in need of marginal hourly profits, and I was wondering if playing 20BB buy ins was the way to go. Anyone also play this shortstacked?

It's do-able. But don't get the incorrect idea that it's an easy automatic grind nor does it reduce your variance that significantly.

Im obviously pulling this out of thin air from my tourney play experience, but id imagine shortstacking actually increases your variance, perhaps significantly.

Ok, that's enough gratuitously flaming short stacks.

Thank you.

OP - Check the September Digest. There are a bunch of short stacking related threads in there.
