IMO, I think it's okay to protect your blinds here and there but only occasionally, only when you think bn or co is raising way too much. Or I really would just let most hands go. I've learned it the hard way by dropping 3, 4 buy-ins until I realized there's just no point of over protecting blinds. Fix that problem and you will probably see a good come back.
Thoughts guys?

Any other comments on my stats and what changes do you guys think you need to make from 100nl to 200nl. I think you can be a solid winner at 100nl playing tag, what about 200nl?

Two additional analyses that I've done when I have big downswings:

1. Top five starting hands and worst five starting hands by position
2. Manual analysis of big pots one and lost by cause. Causes for lost pots I have in the spreadsheet include Chasing (where I chased), TPTK, 2nd Nuts, Good to Bad, Dumb Shove, Cooler, Continuous Bet/Out.

Both of these have helped me distance myself from the emotion of the downswing. Good luck in figuring it out.
