seriously though you have a job right? why do you have to play poker? just do something else with your spare time instead. play golf, or frisbee golf (!), or WoW/some computer game, or xbox, or something. poker has made me terribly frustrated at times but i've never felt like i was going to cry. i feel like if you take it on an emotional level that much, its going to be difficult to ever really win/not tilt long term.

yeah but at least its cheap. playing poker as a losing player can get pretty expensive.
