It's a pretty statement so vague it could be used to justify almost anything. Pretty standard. And he does make his opposition to war clear, which makes him far superior to Clinton and Giuliani.

What are you asking for? Concrete commitments from a campaigning politician? War against Iran? Look, he's keeping the nukes and maintaining a condition of mutually assured destruction, but he's doing it in a way that makes him look like part of the disarmament crowd. Seems shrewd to me.

It's not actually very clear from the article wtf he is proposing. However
