I was the Villian in this hand, I had A8 of hearts and was trying to check raise the turn, after the check behind, i pushed figuring it would look like a bluff and maybe get called by a big Ace or maybe KK/QQ that wanted to make a hero call.

I conclude in situations like this that if villain bet 75 to win 27, well good for him. He's making a -300 money line bet, which might be ok if he were going to make 200 instead of 27.
