he like 180 5 9ish pretty jacked...

its gonna be close i think if he gets to 500 by 2 hours he has a chance

He is 5 ' 8 " 185 12% body fat

Just finished 455. We are nearly 1 hour 45 minutes in. 4 hours 15 minutes remaining.
