I am on the cusp of losing 30 lbs by Thanksgiving (this isn't as hard as it sounds, plan to give up alcohol + better diet + more workouts + I am OCD). I lost 20 lbs in a month a few years ago and I weigh more now. Should I look at that video if it will suppress my appetite?

No, hater, but nice try. Sweets aren't my thing. My problems include cheese fries, cheeseburgers, Nachos Bellgrande, pasta, Jack Daniel's, and Stella Artois. If I was also into cookies and ice cream I'd look like one of those fat twins on the motorcycle on Guinness Book of World Records.
