Have him get a lawyer ASAP obviously. Cops can't just kick in doors and raid houses without a search warrant. The only time they can forcibly enter a home without a warrant is if they are in hot pursuit of a felony suspect or they believe a person is in imminent physical danger. A lawsuit probably won't be worth much here, but the mere threat of it should get any charges immediately dropped, damage paid for, etc.

Em2 probably told the cop how he bought the house cash with money he won at pp 25-50 but couldn't provide a graph, so the cop didn't believe it and arrested him
