Betting is the best way to hit your two-outer, the best way to get him to make a mistake, and, well, it's your only choice unless you are certain you're beat for some reason.

I've seen weak players in 4.40/180 or 5.50/45s do this with bad aces and really low PPs. It's like they don't want to commit to the hand, but they don't have the sense to fold. Thus, I would put him all in at those levels, anyway.

Oh, and bet like 900 or something instead of just 410, sometimes people trick themselves, and you want him to fold if he Q9 or whatever. Hey, it can't hurt.
