You have more then likely typed in an incorrect control number. Please double check the control number you entered. If you are sure you did enter the right one and its still now working, then go to MG and request a refund on the transaction as you probably sent it accidentally to another company. Obviously just ask for the refund without disclosing what it was for or you could create unnecessary scrutiny on yourself. As I've seen others go through this your refund just needs to be approved, which will likely take another 24 hours.

Otherwise, just wait for the merchant you are dealing with to get back to you as everyone else is suggesting. Either way, you will get your money back.

Wow. They finally email me back three days later with copy/pasted instructions on how to make a cash transfer. I already made it. Jesus, if they would just read a short paragraph and actually respond to what I say... I think I will just cancel the transfer and give up.
