I will give you $21 for your $22T and then you can play whatever you want.

[/ QUOTE ]

That's tempting. I'll think about it.

You could probably sell it for more on the T$/W$ thread in "MTT community" forum.

Yes, you can play any tourney you want with your T$.

But just selling the T$ to Nick-Zack or in the MTT-Comm forum saves you a lot of busy-work trying to convert them over to cash.

That's pretty much what I did with the FPP's. Is there a cash equivalent?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, $1 and $2 tourneys. On the plus side, they're sats so they have less variance. On the minus side the fee is a big percentage of your bankroll. The other minus is that you'll only win more T$. But you can trade T$ for about 99.5 cents on the dollar at the thread I linked above.

I think I'm allowed to play any tourney with the T$'s. I haven't fully registered yet, but I had the option when I checked it out.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, any tourney that costs cash $ to enter can be entered with T$.

So any tourny money I'd win would end up being just T$ in my account?

Just wondering... Why would it benifit someone, like Nick-Zack, to buy them?

No, if you enter a tourney (using T$) with cash prizes, u win real cash. If you enter a satelite tourney, win and unregester, you get T$.

If you decide to sell your T$, I'll buy it for face value just to help you out.

If you don't sell it, I'd just play $1 SNGs - you'll eventually turn it into cash that way anyway.

$22 is actually a good roll for playing .02/.04 fixed limit games. I wouldn't suggest playing $1 SNGs or any of the no limit games with a $22 roll just because it's too easy to bust just from normal variance. 20 buyin SNG downswings and 10 buyin no-limit ring downswings do happen to players, even when they are better than their competition and are playing well. I'd def. stay away from MTTs. Variance is just too high in those.

I think a good start would be to check out some of the strategy forum FAQs. Most have some basic bankroll requirements. Find out what you are bankrolled for and play those games until you have enough to branch out / move up.

Good luck.

Really? I, and this is just me, cannot fanthom myself playing .02/.04 (ugh! .04/hr!! you can make more going outside and looing for change on the streets for ten minutes) or $1 sng. Just trade it for real cash and go robusto at .10/.25. Serioulsy, anything else is a complete waste of time and oppotunity cost.

OK. So how does one go about trading T$ for $? I hate to say it, but the .02/.04 game will be good practice for my local $3/6 B&M game (it's probably tighter .)

BTW, I appreciate all the constuctive comments.

Wiggs73 offered to buy the T4 at face value....just PM him and I am sure he will tell you what to do.
It is very easy as Stars has an automated system.

GL!!!
