Uh, the other little thing is my ins lapsed by that one day (no joke!) so i'm also trying to keep myself outta trouble and deal w/just the Company. I'm not so worried about Dave, unless i have to file a police report...

ARGH- OK...i'm not so worried about Dave. I wanna know how to deal w/the Company that he worked for; which are Steel Workers...i'm not scared they're gonna kill me or anything.

Talk to the company, tell them what happened and ask them how they want to take care of it. If they give you any crap, tell them fine, you're off to file a police report about the hit and run and false information by their employee. They most likely will try to settle with you the, but even if they don't, Dave won't do anything to you. Just make sure you have the license number and cargo company info to give to the police.
